Laduree Macaroons


My Dad just turned up with a box of Laduree Macaroons after visiting the Summer Exhibition at the RA. Of course, I've wolfed them down. Laduree is something special, not only because of how delicate and melt in the mouth they are (this is a thing of wonder, the last time I made macaroons by friends dubbed them 'MAN-caroons because they were so big and heavy), but they get me off chocolate! They are the sole sweet thing that I think is better when you pick the floral flavours...so if you ever want to worm your way into my good books that would be Lily of the Valley and Rose. Ta x
